Re: Value for money scope brands
Bought a Falcon Optics M18+ 4-18x44 for my 6.5 Creedmoor... keen to try it out when the rifle comes back from the gunsmith...wasn't ridiculously expensive either..

Re: Value for money scope brands
What about the new Leupold VX-Freedom Scopes? I read in SA Hunter they are replacing the VX1 and VX2. Looks like they are R5000 for the 4-12x40

Re: Value for money scope brands
Argos had much more magnification, was clearer on the day and had an MOA reticle. In the timed Veldskiet rounds, I did not have the hold over capability he had and my dailing game needs serious work to be able to compete. It was the bigger scope that I wanted on the competition day.
For hunting, I am still very happy with my Monarch with duplex reticle.

Re: Value for money scope brands
Im just gonna repeat what I mentioned at post 3. Lynx is the best value for money in SA.
As its a local brand. Less shipping costs on item your buying. Then buying other brands that travel Japan-USA then SA.
