I tried to order a set from MSA South Africa, but the service is dismal. They replied once, so I don't know if they are on their way or not.

Service would probably be much better is I ordered 100 of them :))

They do a better job of reducing noise. So I get less of a head ache. They’re also even more comfortable without the gel pads than I find the Sordins with.

KK of course I wear glasses when I shoot. I’m not an idiot :)

A lady by the name of Janine was happy to give me a price after I stated I am not a dealer/retailer and that I only require one set.

I went with Sordins over Sportac.
    Mainly as I shoot ClayPigeon.
And get my head and chin down pretty hard into the stock.
The Sordins are slightly more slimline. So then not pushing against wood stock so much as the Peltors. Being slightly more slimline at bottom. Makes that it looses a Db or so over the Sportac in noise reduction.

However shooting Rifle and Handgun this is in no way an issue which model.
Also might be that any other person might not have same issue with Sportac against o/u stock as I have.

Also when I decided between the two. GICS was the apparent Agents for the Sportac. And I struggled with GICS service alot. And MSA had actually offices basically across road in Montague Gardens. So I walked across and bought Sordins with Gel Pads. The Gel Pads was at that time about a third of what the Peltors Gels were.

I should have been more specific , prescription glasses daily? The eye protection arms accommodate hearing protect while daily prescription are not as accommodating. I found that the gel pads of the Sordins seat well over my prescription glasses. ( when pressure is applied to the arms of my frame less glasses they distort my vision, Sordins do not do this)
live out your imagination , not your history.
