Re: 3d printed gun stuff
Sorry for the delayed response. Got busy and forgot to respond.
It is for a Hornady but I adjusted the STL files for my Lee Loadmaster. It does have a case collator but I'm lazy.
So here are the parts.
1. 25mm square tubing cut into 4 x 300mm sections and 2 x 150mm sections for the stand from Builders Warehouse.
2. 4 x 25mm plastic plugs from Builders Warehouse.
3. 1 x Switch Snap Action with 50mm Lever (1403) from Micro Robotics (Which I ditched for #4 because the lever switch caused "some" hassle)
4. 1 x Proximity sensor, M12, 6-36V from the 3D Printing Factory.
5. 1 x Mounting Hub 6MM (1083) from Micro Robotics.
6. 1 x LRS Compact 12V 4.2A 50W Power Supply (LRS-50-12) from Micro Robotics.
7. 1 x Worm Gear Motor 3RPM 12V (JGY-370-12V-003) from Micro Robotics.
8. 1 x Switch from, somewhere. Unsure
9. 1 x Relay, 10A, 12V from the 3D Printing Factory.
Here are some of the initial pics. The disk was completely changed after this picture as the STL files were based on the components the creator had access to. My components forced a few adjustments.
The installed proximity sensor to check when the tube is full.
The relay that stops the motor when it receives the signal from the proximity sensor.
I ported the side while troubleshooting the sensor. In hindsight, the sensor picks up the brass through the plastic and no drilling was actually required.
Assembled.
a Quick Demo.
