    Default Self loading rifle

    Hi guys

    I need some infomation i own to self loading rifles ive now purchased a 3rd handed in my application all was fine i rexieved a call today stating that i do not have self loading rifle competancy but on my cerificate it states hand machine carbine is this not the same

    Not sure how you got 2 rifles before with the same competency and now there is an issue. Do you have Rifle also?

    Yes, to my knowledge, SLR and HMC are the same.

    On my competency it states : " S/L-RIFLE/CARB/PIST CAL CARB "

    This issue was sorted a while back but seems to have made a comeback. I have a mate whos slr was declined due to the same reason and he has the correct competency.
