Re: SANDF MOBILITY PACK ROLLS OUT
Low environmental foot-print, "Ja Right"
Anyway, Land Cruiser still rules!!
There's one good decision by the SANDF.

Always funny to see that brightly-coloured SA flag patch on camos. :-)

Re: SANDF MOBILITY PACK ROLLS OUT
They are land cruisers with a few seats installed , maybe suspension improved. etc. Somali, iraqi, Afghan militia have been using them for years
But why can the general not sort his beret out.

Re: SANDF MOBILITY PACK ROLLS OUT
Old idea. Just look back at the Series Land Rovers that were made for the UDF/SADF.

Re: SANDF MOBILITY PACK ROLLS OUT
regardless of who has been doing it and for how long
(by the way land cruisers were banned in sudan for civilian use due to rebels using them)
its a step in the right direction and away from the samils, 1980s are ling gone
cruiser at least have some longivity and can take the abuse we all know is going to be thrown at them, wonder if a local toyota dealer will service them
If the R series wasnt so robust it would have been changed out by now too, i wonder if the new sandf rifle is going to be chinese and in 7.62?
