No the competency to collect is still a card, it is not the same one you get the A4 printout from at your DFO. Definitely still a card.

We want to have a look at the card printing delays and how widespread the problems are. The process for challenging delays in approval are already in place. This is one of the areas that has not been challenged yet.

carleng have you had any updates on this issue. I am now waiting longer than a month for a card to be printed. This is much longer than I have waited for any license.
