Glock 43 Owners

I'll be joining the G43 club today.

The main question would be if I should tell my friends and family I have gone to the dark side

I'm also proud to say I EDC my G43 everyday, I feel completely empty without it. My advice, don't tell anyone about it. On this way you avoid unnecessary comments and the whole "guns-kill-people" debate.

It has been in SA for quite some time! Unless your LGS is out of stock?

No one in JHB has stock for a good few months now. Funny thing is, when I was waiting for license approval, everyone had stock. If you know of a dealer in JHB with stock, please let me know. Thanks.

EDC from the moment I get dressed to the moment I get undressed for about 2 years now.

I carry one up with a Vickers +2 and I have a Hogue grip to try and add some girth (doesn't make a massive difference), everything else is stock.

I have been to many meetings at blue chips, dressed formally with no printing etc. My two best purchases subsequent to the G43 have been proper belts, one a 'double' leather belt, the other a leather backed with nylon (bought at DSG) and a Geoff Carter kydex holster.
