The 2 events in the same area will create confusion. The 2nd event could possibly be linked to revenge as it is in the same area, but nothing is substantiated.

The stabbing took place in crammond, the shooting incident and wife being attacked was in Otto's bluff. There is enough distance between the two for a security company to get it's facts straight.

Another video, this one more clearly showing relatively clear self-defense. I seriously hope the judge sees the light and lets him walk.

So why did he not call the Police and let them deal with this?
Trespassing is still illegal mos. How did he get cornered in a bush ?
If he had no gun he would have stayed at home ( Old guy ) why go there and try control a large crowd( MOB)
Its not a smart choice

because he didnt have 6 hours to wait for the police to repsond?

I HIGHLY doubt he would of stayed home simply because he didnt have a gun, farmers respond to farm incidents everyday, who says the crowd was violent from the moment he got out his car?

he may have simply got a report of people on his property, which isnt a rare occurance

not sure if you understand zulu, but "shoot" is mentioned a few times there,in what context im not sure, will watch the video a few more times

Am I picking up a common pattern in your post here and in the one where the security guard shot a thief? Anti-farmer?

A few weeks ago a metro cop fired a warning shot in a crowd. We all know that guy was wrong for trying that with a mob . This guy was doing Thile same . I don't have any anti to anybody. I just don't see how this old man did his logic. The other post came from me searching the net.... It's all the same . Two people died and very little is said about the humanity of these two people. They are victims too. Unarmed victims . I see you say one was a thief I guess he was gonna do a quick getaway with the tractor and these funeral goers were probably trying to hijack that poor old man's farm by burying their loved one there .

If I was the old guy I would have kept my old ass in the house and loaded up .

but you are not the old man and neither is anyone of us on the forum

we are all going by a shitty video with no knowledge what happened before or after

warning shots are also not a legal requirement, and what if that warning shot came down and hit a kid?

the farmer will have to prove self defense in a court of law, then we will all have a judgement and a case to study
