Bulk Pellets

I need to make some sandbags for my light stands, I was think of using the metal bb pellets. Any idea of where I can buy them in bulk?

At one point divers use to take round lead shot in small bags as weights in their dive vests.

Im almost thinking it will be cheaper option.
Although heavier your bags might be smaller.

I did consider it, but I'm not finding any suppliers of lead shot. I dont think many people are reloading shotgun shells???

Visit your local dive shop... buy a few soft weights.
They are filled with little lead balls.
