Meat processing:
Willie Barnard always do the biltong for us..he is a master in making delicious biltong. He is also kind enough to cut out the soft ,small pieces of tender meat from the carcass , enabling me to make droee wors..Willie also provide me with sheep tails fat , one reason why our droee wors is such a success...

Gert that us a very nice looking bag. The original color was just as beautiful and you could probably just have treated the leather with something clear and still have a nice bag.
