Bodyguards and MO is based on credible intel. So perhaps they got a tip off. You see that is the problem with Zuma's crowd, he surrounded him with quantity because he did not trust any intel. So there were lots of canon fodder and layers to penetrate. In the "bad old days" the VIP unit had better crime intelligence network to rely on - before Richard Mdluli and the cabal were appointed to run their crime empires with CIS assets.

Meh... I see Squirrel is reverting to cautious mode again. The Rand is already starting to punish his lack of action on the Finance Minister portfolio.

in fact some are as vocal as saying that he has been the best president we have had as he "stood" against the west

then again these are the same mates who had 3 kids a year after matric and wonder why i was able to secure a solid foundation for myself in the same period as them

(i opted to buy a house etc etc, prior to having expenses such as mouths to feed)

Yep. It's called Darwinism... the only flaw in Darwinism is that society has been perverted to protect those least fit to sucvive from actually dying out.

I'm wondering where these snakes are going and when or if one will split on Zuma.

Capt "KGB" was also promoted from const to capt within a day, political connections have benefits. This is also just the tip of the iceberg, one also wonders whether during his job at C.I.actually he arrested more CIT robbers or recruited more, rumors n all - I seem to recall PO also alluding to this quite a while back.

Dont forget to look these things without the contents of Pauw's book as context.

Do you think it's the VAT hike, the free education, or something else?
