Allow me to introduce myself. My name is...
Fasimba here.
While my late father was a firearm owner and I grew up with firearms around, I am a complete novice.
I started considering becoming a firearm myself, for my family's protection, after deciding to get married a few years ago. Since then, I gotten married and had my first child.
Being borderline obsessive, I have spent a fair amount of time on these forums trying to absorb as many of the pearls of wisdom on here as possible. I have recently submitted my competency application and the information on here has been priceless so far!
My first few experiences in the range have gotten me interested in the sports shooting side of things. I can't wait to learn more and I'm already eyeing a shotgun and semi-automatic rifle to go along with my self-defence handgun! I welcome all encouragement and advice!
I look forward to learning more from all the members on here and to contributing to, what seems to be, a great community.
