Try tactical 22 in woodmead. He also had norinco for R5850/1000

It's so ridiculously affordable (all things considered). Anyone know if you can reload with Norinco? Some guys complain about the PMP brass for such.

If it's steel cased, then no.

The Norinco ammo with head stamp CJ (IIRC) is reloadable boxer primed brass. I do not think there are other versions of Norinco stuff floating around. I have a ton of it I bought from Hailstorm. Its good ammo. I have a few Norinco cases that have been reloaded more than 5 times. (I do not try to chase Mil-spec velocity on my reloads so my cases generally last for a while)
