When bullies get kicked in the groin by the Gun Lobby

I have not been alone though. GOSA and Annette Clark from Clark’s Attorneys have been with me every step of the way. Infact Clark’s has run with this over the final stretch. A judicial review was scheduled for the 13th of March. A personal coats order against Bopape and the Chairman of the Appeals Board was insight.

Anyway, Thursday morning I received a SMS. My Appeal has been upheld, SAPS will let me know when I may collect my card! 5 months of being dicked around and the Appeals Board has realized, like all bullies, that when those being bullied fight back they are in for a hiding.

Without having to go to court, just the mere threat of it, and GOSA Legal AKA Clark’s Attorneys has won!

Clark’s took this on at no cost to me. They are claiming full costs from SAPS.

I do believe this is the THIRD time that an appeal, rejected by the Appeals Board, was overturned just before the court date after Clark’s put stick about.
