I’ve used plenty of it without any problems. I usually reload my own fodder but get supplied Diplos when testing 223 Carbine’s, I wouldn’t necessarily trust my life to it as primary ammo but it has worked for all the range work that I’ve done.
I’d be keen to hear why those who say 'nay' say so.

I have not used it myself. A good number of guys I was with on the range with, used it and they had no ammo related.
