Depends upon the grade. Loctite have a whole catalogue of products. Many are designed for use on items that must be removable.

So when your choke tubes get hot the loctite will start to loosen.

Why is your Chokes sitting loose.
Normally the temperature required to break down loctite is about 150C, I don't think a choke tube will get that hot.

You should add another sign that says:

    "Read signs".

Blue Loctite is usually the weaker one and red the one that you dont intend to loosen.

Maybe the choke tube was not initially before shooting tightly fitted.

Be careful of using colour as a reference. Some manufacturers with similar products use different colours.

Typically the screw grade stuff is what you want, as it doesn't lock the threads permanently. The Thread Locker is the higher grade stuff. You need lots of heat to overcome this.

At my previous job, I used all grades of Loctite on a daily basis.

    Thanks A-R.
I would also perhaps need one in 'big' letters that says 'put on spectacles'.
Thanks also Guys for giving me a good few chuckles this evening.
I think that I will be giving the Loctite a miss though.
    Thanks again and regards.

I don’t think so either. I also wouldn’t dream of using loctite on chokes. I have a very small tube of shotgun choke grease I’ve been using for ten years or so and there is still a bunch left. I also believe firearms grease and lubricants are pretty much re-labeled automotive products.

That's a 'no' for the Loctite.
obasch...I've never heard of choke tube grease.
Even at my 'advanced age' there is always something new to learn...Thank You.
I will ask for it at Dave Sheer Guns next time I am there.
    Thanks again Guys and regards.
    Keith.
Hailstorm stocks Briley Choke Tube grease.

If you use a choke Tube wrench to tighten the chokes it should contain the chokes.

Choke Tube thread is usually a very fine thread and I would not recommend using Loctite for fear of somehow damaging the threads when you decide to undo a choke tube - this may be baseless but I have never seen anyone using Loctite on choke tubes. If you decide to do that use green Loctite and nothing stronger.

I would also advise to get extended Choke tubes which you can easily check by hand. It also aides in ease of changing tunes.
