1st ever Gauteng Firearm Festival 14 & 15 April 2018

What I found disappointing that there was not a single .45 especially the Glock 21 to shoot. What impressed me the most was the 50 cal. I took 25 rounds with the Glock 19X and I think I will stick with my Glock 19 gen 5. Unfortunately the rain cut my visit short. O ja bring your own hearing protection especially when that 50 cal is blasting.

Just got back now, it was awesome! I got to shoot a larger variety of guns in one day than I ever had and had a blast. It’s a really good initiative and I hope it’ll grow even bigger. There’s just no excuse for not attending.

Awesome awesome time out this morning! The group collectively shot the 19x, 19gen 5, G34 MOS, New Frontier Armoury 9mmP 4inch suppressed, NFA 16inch 5.56, DM4, the Fabarm 12ga Martial short shotty.... and the Truvelo 50cal

Will try post some pics and vids later, but it really was an awesome first festival and I have to congratulate the organisers. I had a car of super excited newbs on the way home, that couldn't stop talking about the experience.

Will definitely be in attendance again at the next one
