Gun cleaning advice

Use Sonic cleaner but with Metal Cleaner. Not Brass Cleaner. Brass Cleaner will damage Blueing.
Then Compressor but not to high pressure and blow of everything.

I've found that Konrad Kleenex works bloody well.
Spray it on, leave for a few minutes, turn the frame upside down to drain, then wipe off all the gunk that oozes out.
It also leaves a thin protective layer on the metal
