Never seen 243 in bulk ever. Maybe contact a dealer and ask, but it won't be cheap.
Did you get a FAL in 243?

Re: .243 win bulk ammo?
Sadly not, just curious as 243 ammo is insanely expensive for what you're getting... I've never really been a .243 fan, never had a good hunt with one, but I had a good offer on one and I was prepared to look past it if I could find affordable ammunition. I'd honestly just prefer to use a 30-06 then...

If your buying new. Maybe its time to consider reloading for the 243.
Except for being cheaper and that you would if you do everything correct get better accuracy.
It makes shooting far more enjoyable when your shooting your own ammo.

Get a Howa 308. Great guns and 308 is freely available and there is bulk milsurp - not great for hunting though.

Re: .243 win bulk ammo?
For a 243 it is best to reload. It is a very finicky caliber, so if your rifle doesn't like the bulk ammo you are stuck with lots of ammo that you can't shoot a decent group with.

Re: .243 win bulk ammo?
Reloading will bring down the price drastically. My FIL reloads with my equipment and his own dies for R9 per round- thats with 87gr Hornady VMax, CCI primers and S365 when it was still available.
No way a bulk price on premium ammo will beat that.
