    I recall seeing a post about GOSA receiving their first appeal refusal, so there goes that theory?! Then again anything is possible with CFR, SAPS

    21days from receipt confirmation of the appeal
    45days to make a decision
    14dyas to notify you.

    And even if they are late they wont take responsibility and blame it on the holidays wich the were not supose to take.

    Load shedding is a few hours a day. No reason to be months late. Just saying.
