The dealer I bought from is trying to sort it out as we speak. I can't blame the dealer. The problem lies with CFR.

I cant complain about my dealer. Every time i called about this problem they acted as fast as possible but the problem remains the capturing of the app and cfr.

Is there anything that the individual can do to speed up the process?

I'm stuck in a similar scenario. I purchased a rifle in October last year and my dealer has tried 8 times to get CFR to sort out the 350, to no avail. What is the next step? Can GOSA be approached for help with this?

Still waiting for SAPS350 transfer etc for 3 months now.
The branch/company just doesn't care (also Bernhard Agencies related).
What does Bernhard Agencies have to do with it? They supply 350s to dealers on delivery. Dealer has to submit their 350s to CFR who don't process them.

I am a member of GOSA, my understanding is that they can’t help with this specific issue.

    From Martin's group:

Dear Everybody Shortly I will post a brand new development in the saps350 saga courtesy of the Dealers Association. The general in charge of FLASH has set up a task team to deal with the processing of 350 submissions.
She clearly states that all!!! submissions should go to the new addresses provided. This means that all other addresses are redundant. It is critical that only these addresses are used to test and ensure the integrity of data processing. If 350 submissions are sent to other addresses and are not processed then we cannot argue that the system works or not because dealers will be blamed for not doing as instructed.
Pls ensure that all associations[ NB NHSA] and dealers know about the new adresses and only use those addresses.
This is critically important to either fix up this mess or to demonstrate the failure of saps to fulfil their mandate.

    And the follow up:

KINDLY NOTE THAT A TASK TEAM HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED TO HANDLE ALL MATTERS RELATING TO DELALERS STOCK SAPS 350s. ALL SUBMISSIONS AND ENQUIRIES IN THIS REGARD MUST BE E-MAIL TO molefeleromo@saps.gov.za or mahlangul6@saps.gov.za

    Regards

The name comes up a few times in this thread, then a few times in other related threads?

Perhaps since they import pretty much most of the Glocks in the country?
