Muzzle brakes
What's your preferred muzzle device for competition use?
Also, any experienced users of the Mkonto muzzle brake pictured?

Re: Muzzle brakes
I had one on my AK and shot a few rounds through the AR version on Tactical 22s CQA. It works well the AK version was excellent imo.

Re: Muzzle brakes
DPMS Jerry Miculek muzzle break. Its very good (and not too expensive - about R1k) but it is REALLY LOUD!!!
Recently used the Daniel Defense break on the Daniel Defense V7 Pro. Also very good and not as loud.

Re: Muzzle brakes
Our range does not have 3 gun or IDPA type shoots.
Just normal 100m range and 500m range.
But due to complaints they are now got alot of rules on the use of muzzle brakes on range due to noise.

Re: Muzzle brakes
Anyone ever tried the Zenitco DTK-2 or 3 from the Russian Thunder site?
According to Rob Ski they are damn good brakes at reducing muzzle climb.
