Firearm not in Dealer stock problem

Any update on how to handle this situation? I have 2 firearms I am unable to licence.

The local DFO here seems to be able to sort it out but needs the PI (permanent import) number.

I will have huge issue with a DFO who gives out information iro the stock we have on our register.

ya that sounds like a rather huge security risk with joe public having a shopping list
