Glock trigger safety retention pin
Has anybody else had issues with the trigger safety retention pin working itself out? I was alarmed over the weekend as I was cleaning/ inspecting mine to find that the little plastic pin had worked its way almost out of the trigger!

I'd get a new trigger bar assembly in there.

Re: Glock trigger safety retention pin
Seems like good advice. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this. Are there any reasonably priced alternatives to the stock trigger? I'm not a huge fan of the pointy face of the stock one anyway.

Look at the Apex one but it can set you back a few thousand.

Where are you based? I would very much like to see it, then we can probably assist as well.

Re: Glock trigger safety retention pin
Big T Im in Jhb Randburg area.
The pointy face I'm referring to on the trigger face is my attempt to describe how the trigger face is not flat or gently rounded but is somewhat "triangular" for want of a better term. Additionally the safety lever stands a little proud of the face creating a ridge. I had mine smoothed down a bit which may or may not have contributed to the retention pin working loose. That retention pin appears however to be nothing more than a press-fit plastic.
