Something strange happened here and another reason why I don't carry appendix..
Not worth the shot off gonads. That gun had a safety issue since you can clearly see him clearing everything before inserting the gun in holster.. Is it a modded gun? Watching this space

There is a few videos and incidents were a a Glock with a trigger safety went off when holstered. I think the first one was a cop which happened twice to him. Is the pistol unsafe? No. Is the holster unsafe? No. A piece of clothing is always to blame where it is inserted with the pistol in the holster. When the pistol is inserted deeper or the piece of clothing is pull back it depressed the trigger safety and then allowing the trigger to move rearwards for firing. Glock has brought out a firing pin safety device that can be added to the pistol to prevent this.

All i can say is "Eina"

What firing pin safety device are you referring to?

I think Zuku is referring to the Glock Striker Control Device, although it is not an OEM part.

Yes, sorry. That device. Keep forgetting to call a Glock firing pin a "Striker"

    It’s not a Glock product.

Striker / firing pin. Same thing in the end. The little metal pin that eventually hits the primer.

I’ve heard conjecture that he may have had an aftermarket trigger shoe on there.

Which could be as wide or wider than the trigger guard.

I think he got undershirt stuck in the trigger guard.

I agree that the gun wasn't completely bolstered, when he bent down, something met the trigger like the shirt and when his stomach pushed it all in deeper it went bang.
