Interesting to see that they adopted it with the X-Carry option.
Texas rangers and Highway patrol also adopted the P320 not too long ago.

Seems there are quite a few USA police departments that also adopted the P320 as duty weapons this year

According to the article it outperformed the other options:
" Additional drop, penetration, and precisiontesting were conducted by various selected experts for each of the contenders.“By far SIG SAUER’s P320 X-Carry outperformed the competition throughout our rigorous and stringent testing process,” Tom Elvius-Brisson, Chief of Weaponry Branch, Danish Defense Acquisition and Logistics Organization."
