Purchasing a firearm with an expired license
A question I have not seen raised in relation to the GOSA teams court win.
On that note: Congratulations.
Should a license holder wish to sell a firearm with an expired license. Would they be
1 able to sell the firearm and have the purchaser re-license it into their own name. Or
2 have to re-license the firearm in their own name, prior to selling it?
As an asside, I assume that if they had a green license, it should be no problem to sell.
For the record I'm not selling, I'm interested in buying.

Re: Purchasing a firearm with an expired license
I would wait to see the actual wording of the court order because I don’t think the judge ordered everything he was reported to have ordered. I think there is some misunderstanding about the order.

Re: Purchasing a firearm with an expired license
I hope there is a way. It would be a tragedy to see this rifle destroyed
