MUZZLE DEVICE TORQUE
How much torque (N.m) should I apply when fitting a new muzzle device to an AR?
Do I need to use a new crush washer every time?
Should I be using copaslip on the threads?

Re: MUZZLE DEVICE TORQUE
You should always use a new crush washer. It deforms, by design, when you fit a muzzle device.

But I know one thing that never dies,
the glory of the great dead.

Re: MUZZLE DEVICE TORQUE
Thank you, SSP.
Copaslip can't hurt.
In my case, with the muzzle brake, I discovered that it's less about torque and more about alignment.
Interestingly, less torque is required than I expected.
