Well, being that both Venezuela and South Africa both used to be stalwarts against Marxism and are now ruled by them. I can see why there is fraternal brotherhood due to the common bonds of the struggle against Imperialist Western Pigdogs in the name of International Socialism.

I mean, one of the very first foreign leader Mandela thanked was Fidel Castro. A Communist Leader that succeeded where the USSR failed. Exporting Socialism into Latin America and Africa.
