Pistol on supplier's name & not in dealer stock!
I recently bought a firearm and when I called CFR, I was in informed that the firearm was reflecting under the supplier's name and not in dealer stock, under the gun shop's name.
I wanted to know if anyone has been able to apply with the firearm being under the dealer's name? And if so, were there any other forms required?
TIA

Re: Pistol on supplier's name & not in dealer stock!
Same thing happened to me and it was one of the bigger gun shops, the problem is the "backlog" at cfr in capturing the 350 form, unfortunately you need to wait for cfr to capture the paperwork first before being able to apply, I learnt the hard way, always make sure the FA is in the dealer stock before you buy..Good Luck!!

Thanks! I emailed it myself to CFR on the same day (21-08-18) and when I called in the next day, it had been transferred. Shock and awe but very grateful!

Re: Pistol on supplier's name & not in dealer stock!
I had the same issue with my pistol, but the DFO just asked me to get a copy of the 350b from the dealer, and it was attached to the application, and a few weeks later application was approved.
