Farm murders: An exchange with the Washington Post
“There are actually two fringe viewpoints in this debate. On the one extreme are the racial lunatics - in your country - who claim that there is mass murder going on of white farmers in South Africa. On the other, are those who claim - like yourself - that there is "no evidence" that white farmers in South Africa are being targeted and killed in disproportionately high numbers. Both are ideologically driven.
" Africa Check contacted me at the time and asked for all my underlying data, which I provided to them. They have not subsequently disputed this estimate.”

Re: Farm murders: An exchange with the Washington Post
Dr Johan Burger, crime specialist, did a study where he found that it is more dangerous to be a farmer than a police officer (my own words)

Re: Farm murders: An exchange with the Washington Post
A free press were always one of the bulwarks against oppression and politicians without integrity but the main stream media has now become part of the problem with clearly selective reporting to advance a neo-liberal Marxist agenda.
It is no surprise that we are starting to see a backlash against these traditional media outlets which is very obvious in declining circulation figures and the growth in independent electronic media.
It is concerning though that outlets for the independents like Facebook, youtube and Twitter seems to be starting to try and silence alternative views too.

Re: Farm murders: An exchange with the Washington Post
I find their attitude disturbing to say the least. When 2 people are killed and 11 wounded as in the latest happening in America, then it is a mass shooting. Even if stats are not correct then the sheer volume over the years should point to something sinister taking place. If the emphasis is placed on farm attacks then the numbers, even if disputed to an extent, show the targeting of a certain community.
