Default Glock 43 +4 extended mag

Been using the Fab Defense +4 as a spare carry mag and thus far it has worked great. No issues to date.
Currently using 147gr ammo and the 43 shoots a nice grouping. The 43 has become my favourite EDC - I dare say that for the sheer 'carryability' of it I prefer it over my 19 as well.

Is the other extension a Pearce +1?

Does the Pearce +1 work reliably?

Good reviews and it seems to be the case. But best is to test the heck out of it with the specific ammo you use for EDC. I have probably send about 300 rounds through it using the Pearce and so far had no issues, so I'm happy that it is reliable.

I also use the Pearce +1 mag extension and I've had zero issues with it after shooting +- 200 rounds through that mag. If you look online there aren't really any reliability issues with it, the only mags I've seen have reliability issues are the Glock 43 ETS ones.

I also have a G43 and love it for edc but sometimes feel that 6+1 is just too little. I have a 12 round ETS mag for the G43 that I use to practise on the range etc but I can see that it will give problems in the future as the plastic at the top tends to buldge when loaded with 12 rounds. The Glock mags have a metal plate inside which prevents this from happening.

Also check out the EMP +2 shoe that is available for the G43.
It looks factory and seems to be good quality, unfortunately I havent come across someone in SA selling them677491BC-2A76-40AC-AFEF-54EF2DF12E81.jpeg
