    Which is exactly why I've always preferred to buy raw ribs at that sweet ~R70 per kg price point. But I hear good things about BRM, so I'm curious. Not sure if I'm THAT curious though.

    With BRM you are paying for taste and convenience

    can i buy raw ribs and spend hours smoking them...yes

    but these are cut bag, char the meat, chow.

    BRM ribs are the best. I use to go to their factory shop in Honeydew when I lived in the area. Now I just buy from PnP
