CZ 75 pre B trigger issues
Greetings
I bought a cz 75 pre B and have put about 200 rounds through it with no problems at all. Today I shot about 100 rounds with no issues, but then the trouble started on the last 20. The first shot would go off as normal and cycle the next round, but then the trigger pull will be very soft and the hammer would not drop. Other times the hammer drops but only to the "half cock" position. All the shots were taken from single action. What can be the problem and what can I expect to pay to have it fixed?

You're in Pretoria. Take it to Tazio Resca at Rescomp. He knows a 75 like few others. It can be dirty, there can be issues with the sear or the trigger bar. Best be safe.

Re: CZ 75 pre B trigger issues
I want to send it to a gunsmith but I do not have a license for the firearm yet and the gunshop where it is stored does not want to send it to a gunsmith.

Re: CZ 75 pre B trigger issues
All the ammo was the same, all of it was PMP FMJ that I reloaded.

Re: CZ 75 pre B trigger issues
When you install the Pre B disconnector in a Shadow 1. You have to file a bit to make the safety work correct. If you dont. You have similar issues.
So to me your CZ 75 has a small issue with the sear and disconector. Should be easy fix for gunsmith.
