Application status is correspondence sent

Hi all,

Ive tried looking on previous posts, but cant find anything earlier than about 2015 on this.
My current application status has been on "correspondence sent" since 2nd November.

Has anyone had experience with this? Apparently something is missing from my app, but i cant seem to find out what.
I have been told to call a CPT Matabo, but cant get hold of him after trying every day for over two weeks.

My application is only on 60 working days, so im happy to wait, just worried it gets to 90 days and gets refused instead of me possibly being able to sort it out now.

check with your DFO, sometimes, they claim that not all your documentation was submitted, or, some of the documentation is not certified

I managed to get hold of a CPT Matabo at CFR who confirmed what you said.

Apparently my app was sent back to my DFO on the 2nd November, but it has not yet arrived.
The wait continues...

Depending on where you are, your local DFO office might only go to Provincial once a month, and, Provincial, in turn, might also only go to Pretoria once a month
