    Default Appeals refusals database

Seems as if the Appeals Board is on a mission to refuse appeals. The tone of the refusal letters are based on a certain interpretation from a passage in the recent Constitutional Court judgement.

There has been a handful yesterday alone, so we will review the reasons as soon as we get hold of the letters.

So they plan on bucking the law?

I mean I'm sure there are those who's 66 days (or 80) would fall within the time they are on holiday. Does the act state anything about "annual leave"... nope. So not my problem, because that is the same attitude they (well govt in general) has.

As an aside, my appeal will hit 66 days from receipt of arrival at appeals board on the 12th January 2019.
