Glock products are a lot of amazing things, however, beautiful (aside from the beauty inherent in practicality) is not a word I would use to describe them

I have one just over 35 years old, used a lot over the years.

Beautiful is not a word I would use to describe it.
    Practical and tough, sure.

I don't know about beautiful, but I can tell you that the steel in the blade is tough. Held an edge for ages, but getting them sharp again was something else. Ask me, I was the only one with an oilstone in our base on the border, a pocket stone at that, and the Glock knives took ages. Give me a little 'Dankie Tannie' knife to sharpen any day!
