Taurus pt111 G2 / G2C
Hi all
Looking for someone in the east rand area that has a G2 or G2C 9mm that is willing to assist me.... I would really like to shoot the gun and get feel for it before jut buying one for myself and my wife.
Just not finding a range or shop that has available for testing
Thanks in advance

I suggest avoiding Taurus, they have shoddy quality control and the new local agent support is not known to be great. If you need parts either for maintenance or because of a breakage, you may be stuck.
The PT111 series including the G2 has also been discontinued

Ya I know the new G2C is the P111 millennium g2 replacement
Have heard a lot of mixed comments regarding Taurus... Mate of mine has the. 40 and have not had a day's problem.... Also it fits my budget as I'm looking for two one for me and one for the wife and really like the size and feel of it

I meant as in parts.. Spare mags, trigger and recoil springs etc.
It's probably the best of the Taurus polymer pistols, but the agent support locally is unfortunate

Re: Taurus pt111 G2 / G2C
Ok before they rag you out of taking good advice. Taurus aren't great. I had one it broke. They break more than other brands, they are cheap for a reason. Dealers won't let you shoot them for a reason.
Rather look at the GLOCK 26 or S&W compact. They are a little bit more, but they last longer and the agents give great service.
