True. 357 Sig is just about dead, but there's still S&W M2.0 pistols in 40S&W and 45. There's even the Shield M2.0 in 40 and 45.

It would be interesting to see an updated single stack .45 G36 Gen 5 or an updated G30S Gen 5.

Sales of non 9mm service pistols are so slow as to make them anything but a priority.

    Pretty please.
That model can easily be made at home.

Sootch00 put up a video accidentally and then took it down again since the embargo is till the 2nd.

The silver two tone colors are correct.
Frame is 1mm thicker, not those big increases quoted earlier.

The 43X/48's 10rd magazine is thicker and thus incompatible with the G43.
A shame, because it would've been really nice for guys to have the ability to carry a 10rd spare with a G43 without having to go the aftermarket route.

The G48 looks like a nice pistol for those who want a thinner 10rd G19 to carry (in the summer especially), or in 10rd limited states.

People have been asking for a single stack G19, and more front serration models, so it's nice that Glock listen.

    .
As I’ve mentioned previously the design of the 43 magazines doesn’t lend itself to being extended with Glocks required levels or reliability

Given the marginal difference in grip width of the G43X and 48 when compared to the G43, why did Glock not use this staggered magazine design in the G43 originally ?
Or I guess this new magazine design is due to improvements and R&D based on the original design ?

Maybe in the future we will see a new G43 model that uses this marginally thicker design with an extra round and the option to run a OEM pinkie extension that adds a round reliably or the 10rd G43X/48 magazine.

Or maybe the 43 was designed to be as absolute small as they could make a 9mm. For when concealment is more important than capacity.
