I do not. Two complaints lodged with regards to bad service for my current app. One because it was in consideration for a period I considered excessive. The second one because Col Simelane lied to me twice in one conversation while I was recording the call. Tomorrow will tell whether I take still more action. If my card is not at my station...

Well good news here, preliminary approval at 84 days, approved yesterday afternoon at 85 days

Now to wait for the card!

Asked on another thread, how long before people started following up about their card, and who did they phone.

Hi, I am in the exact same boat, applied for section 13 9mm on 25 October and received SMS same day.
When calling, the person who answers just puts me through to someone else and that person never answers.
I have phoned all the CFR numbers I can find on the forum.
I have been emailing all addresses 5-10 times a day and the best response I've received has been that my
email has been forwarded to the relevant office.
I'll just keep emailing till I get an answer. Don't know what else to do.
