Had a look at the rifles. What is the difference between the A3 and A4 besides furniture?

The A3 is plain Jane. The A4 probably has R10K worth of goodies on it.

Basically furniture, Battle sights alone are close to R6k, BattleAx Stock, Medieval Flash suppressor being the main differences.

The CSR sports a 4 MOA red dot reticle with a 23mm objective lens and adjustable digital switch brightness controls. Windham Weaponry might not be that well known, but these specs really seem very good. As I understand it the company was formed by the former Bushmaster owner and employees.

Both the Troy A3 and A4 rifles seem nice too.
