So I've had dealings with Hart International. Big into maritime security, and every single one of them was an experienced ex SF guy.

This guy is either bullshitting her or himself.

I though FFL was stuttering contraception (not a bad idea in any case by the sound of it)

I wouldn't care if he's planning on doing a Ronin cse or something similar, sounds like he wants to get there the easy route (i.e. by giving up a job and sponging off of his GF), that in itself should speak volumes for his type of character, inexperience in the security industry notwithstanding.

I'd also be concerned that her young age in conjunction with his comparatively advanced age, would leave her susceptible to being easily manipulated.

Think Bastion is good a creating a good image.

The feedback I got from young guys that actually did the courses it is not as great as it is made up to be; especially the firearms training. Their firearms are old and not well maintained leading to a lots of lost range time.

All you basically have at the end of the course is normal competency, business competency and basic PSIRA grading; all of which can be done for a fraction of the price from other providers and only jobs open to you are the normal security/CIT type work.
