I usually buy from Savuti (next to Mall @ Carnival).
Comes in a verry nice blue plastic container too.

Oh! My bad, Will go have a look at the rules now.
When you say R1 per bullet you mean just the bullet head? Or including the shell?
Please be patience with me, like I said, Im a newbie XD
P.S. I now know making your own bullet is called "reloading". LOL. Had to start from somewhere :)
