    Let me use an extreme example:
    *person A is in a mental institution and not of sound mind (or in hospital in a comatose state), person *B has general power of attorney.
    *B cannot contract with C on A’s behalf.
    *B or someone else needs to be appointed (court order) as A’s curator to contract on A’s behalf.
