Re: When bulls***t becomes law.
What kills me is that there are no real ways to hold some one accountable. My time money wasted - accountable fool ???, well he just carries on and gets paid. This is why I do not mail order or buy from sellers out of town ---- I want to be able to march up to accountable person and have it out. The system, "THE SYSTEM" - is the ugliest phrase - result we could ever imagine.

This is why the appeal is the best way,
The dealers association, acronym too long, and Gosa have made good headway in taking them to task with personal cost orders. One day we will have them so accountable they may actually do there jobs for once.
I work in a industry where you get paid for output, no output no pay, I often wish the whole world worked that way, as no one in our office earns a cent unless they put in good work.

Re: When bulls***t becomes law.
I don't know. Government entities who abuse their authority tend to have an IDGAF (I Don't Give A F***) attitude when they are penalized in the courts. They don't care about punitive cost orders because they think the taxpayers will simply fork the bill.
As an example, as a lawyer I have lost count on how many times I have sued Emfuleni Local Municipality for their various transgressions (violations of labour law, their employees driving recklessly and causing car accidents, etc). Emfuleni is bankrupt because of this and poor management, and they simply plod forth on the same course as if nothing has happened.

I believe they know about it. Whether they believe it is unknown to me, there were loads of negative comments on the FB group due to the date etc. if the are investigating it further then it's being kept quiet because I've seen nothing about that posted to the group.

Re: When bulls***t becomes law.
The one thing I have learned with these silly motivations is to think like a police officer. It is not rocket science, simply back-up every statement with paperwork. This is how they usually work, when somebody claims to have a safe just provide the picture. I know you don't really have to, the statement alone is sufficient but in their mind if you cannot provide proof of ownership you must be lying.
