    Not semi auto rifles. ANY semi auto, including Handguns and Shotguns. Only people allowed to use a "Semi Auto" will be for CIT only.

    Does this include bodyguards, I mean the ANC comrat's body"servants" tend to be well armed and rarely get punished when out of line. Even when they shoot-up a beach in Durban and then run back to the presidential guard accommodations or free-fire a rifle in a public meeting.
