Most of the guys have covered the basics.

In order of importance strictly IMHO

    Pre B Disco
    SA Trigger
    1mm FO front sight
    10lb Hammer spring
    11lb Recoil spring
If you do the above two then do these two.
    Extended FP
    reduced weight PF spring.

    Grips are cool
Everything else when you make master.
SS guide rod... meh, what for??
Israeli Carry is for dead people

With Jizni no longer stocking the CZ spares you will pretty much have to look for parts made by other companies. Parts such as slidestops may need to sourced from somewhere else. Jizni does still however sell most of the parts the guys have listed, just as long as it is not CZ original parts they can help you.

SLIGHT hijack: What is the process of replacing the Shadow disconnector with a Pre-B disconnector? I THINK there is a pin that is drifted out and has to be replaced with a new one?

    (I have a Shadow. I have a Pre-B)

I added a DPM Recoil system to mine. Then when I got a P01 to that also.
I love it. But it might not be comp legal if you go that route.
How has the DPM system helped?
    And on the Po1?

Would you mind explaining this a bit please? Seems interesting.

Some guys like a light recoil spring. Some guys like a heavy spring. Depends on you as shooter. Lighter spring increases slide speed, "faster" recoil pulse.
If you don't know which one to use, get a "calibration pack" and test them out.

Installing a single action trigger negates the advantage of a pre-B dis-connector.

    1) OP is not shooting any competition. so I am not sure if he is loading to PF. could have some jams if the timing is not right and using bunny fart loads.
    2) For me two things. I found I was waiting for the slide on longer shots, a handfull of times I actually notice that the slide was still going into battery, I was watching the slide go forward and I like "slam" of the slide when the recoil spring brings it back with the 14lb. Could just be a mental thing as shot the 12lb spring in NPA for about 1.5year before moving to IDPA.
    3) I shoot 147gr at a PF of about 132. A 124gr PF 132 is faster out the barrel. There will be different slide behavior with 124gr and 147gr loads.
    4) Jizni even has a calibration pack of recoil springs from one of the suppliers and because there are so many different weights there must be a reason for each

I tried 11lb, 14lb, 16lb and 18lb. Settled on the 14lb, I think 14lb is standard but I changed the recoil spring to 12lb almost immediately.
A simple thing I did, not sure if it is really even showing anything or worthwhile, with the Gun in shooting position and the slide locked back drop the slide and see the difference between the different weights. The 18lb literally dropped/dipped the front sight so far down I didn't even try it on live ammo.

I found that the lighter spring decreases slide speed going into battery.

I just looked at the calibration pack, its has a few sizes from 12lb to 8lb.
