    oh and if you want a happy stick for the 75 the mec gar mags work a treat
    as do the canik (mec gar) mags,
    pre B 75 mags go from 750 up to 900 bucks depending on dealer

    I would strongly suggest that such a pistol is carried cocked and locked. And that you train to the point that engaging and disengaging the safety is a subconscious thing.

    Having carried my MkIV Series 70 for over 40 years I automatically wipe the non existant safety on my Mod 17 off every time I draw it.
