milled, easier with the machines and tech they had

AKM came about as cheaper and the tech allowed them to build a reliable gun from stampings

i have a slab side mag, 1950 i think

Careful of old PMP AK ammo, they used to make ammo designed to explode and destroy guns on purpose. Apparently some of it got into general circulation.

Didn't PMP opent he 7.62x39 line especially for Recce and Frelimo support?

I know america often doctored ammo (lots turning up in Iraq and syria)

PMP should be supplying africa with 7.62x39, but I suppose russian surplus must be huge, same reason the Truvelo raptor rifle died

I am sure this pack of ammo is much more worth as a collectors item than actual shooting ammo
