So I read that the woman appeared in court for a bail hearing today, and the charges were dropped.

Up until before that, I was willing to accept that she may actually have been driving drunk...

Provisional withdrawals of charges are common in drunken driving cases.

Blood reports take months and there is no need to clog up the court roll while waiting. If the report is positive she'll be summoned.

i know people who have crashed through boundary walls, had blood taken and still had charges dropped due to arresting officers failing to appear

Personally I hope she sues the pants off these okes, maybe when officers are held PERSONALLY responsible for their actions, there will be some form of self discipline installed at the entity, because lets be honest they have ZERO leadership at the moment

    Corrupt administration of Taxpayer money[edit]

Bheki Cele is under investigation, as evidence shows R1.7 billion rand spent on building leases were unlawful, improper and constituted maladministration.[7] Though suspended, South African taxpayers spend at least R1.3-million a year on his salary
